Our therapeutic health and wellbeing programs offer a safe, supportive entry point to health promotion, education, skills development, fitness and connection.
Our purpose is to empower, strengthen and improve the wellbeing of all women and their families for stronger futures.
We acknowledge that many women may experience vulnerability at different times in their lives due to factors such as social or economic disadvantage, disability, sexuality or sexual orientation, ethnicity or age. For this reason, our services are private, confidential and designed to meet the diverse needs of the women in our community.
