Sharing Space with our Community
ERICA Women’s Centre has a selection of multipurpose rooms, office and outdoor space available for community venue hire – at a low cost.
Our facilities offer:
- Central location in Midland, close to public transport – bus and train
- Wheelchair access
- Private Parking for 6 cars (one for disability). Additional parking available at Midland Oval – permit required (from reception)
- Air-conditioning
- Kitchen facilities & toilets
BOARD ROOM
Table seats up to 10 people.
Opens to adjoining courtyard.
Mobile whiteboard provided.
OFFICE SPACE
Office space suitable for counselling sessions or one to one work
SWAN ROOM
Large room for up to 40 people suitable for group work, seminars, workshops.
The Swan room is a versatile space with room for a seated or
standing event. This space connects to our courtyard, which
has a sandpit and can host an additional 20 people.
AVON ROOM
Holds up to 20 people.
The Avon room is next to the Swan room and can be hired in
conjunction with the Swan room if you require separate spaces
with close accessibility. Both the Swan and Avon rooms are
close to a basic kitchenette.
