Meet Taylah

Taylah is a trauma-informed yoga teacher who creates calm, welcoming spaces where people are invited to move at their own pace and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Teaching from lived experience and specialist training in trauma-sensitive yoga, anxiety and depression, Taylah offers classes that prioritise choice, gentleness, and respect for each person’s nervous system.
Her approach is grounded, non-judgemental, and inclusive – there is no pressure to “get it right” or push beyond what feels okay.
Guided by the mantra Be. Breathe. Flow., Taylah’s intention is to help participants feel at ease, supported, and empowered to show up exactly as they are.
