Counselling
We provide low cost, confidential support for a range of experiences:
- Parenting (including pre/postnatal)
- Grief & loss
- Trauma
- Family & domestic violence
- Stress, anxiety & depression
- Alcohol & other substance use
- Life transitions
- And more
Our counselling service is available at our primary location in Midland, as well as our outreach service in Ellenbrook, for women aged 16 and over in Perth’s East Metropolitan Area (City of Swan, Shire of Mundaring, Town of Bassendean and City of Kalamunda).
Telehealth options are also available, via phone or Microsoft Teams, providing a flexible way to access support from home or another safe space, reducing the need for travel at a time when costs and other commitments can be a barrier.
Self-referrals are welcome.
We have a créche service available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (Midland only) for caregivers who want to access counselling with peace of mind knowing their little ones are well cared for. Créche is just $2 per child and bookings are essential.
If you are looking for support outside of our service areas, please don’t hesitate to contact us, as we can point you in the right direction.
Alternatively, our Advocacy & Referrals page can help guide you.
